Digital Marketing Specialist
About the position
Responsibilities
• Attends and assists Brand Managers, Project Managers, and the Associate Director of Digital Marketing with client meetings to establish digital marketing goals.
• Assists with digital marketing strategic planning.
• Prepares and presents Paid Social Media, SEO, PPC, Programmatic Ad, Analytics, and Lead Generation reports.
• Ensures all campaigns have structured conversion tracking set-up (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) for reporting purposes.
• Keeps up with current trends, best practices, and industry standards, including knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, WordPress, Instagram, and other digital media platforms.
• Constructs digital ads and other digital efforts as needed.
• Creates and develops CMS-based newsletters and emails.
• Produces reports that highlight key insights, analyzes what's working and what adjustments have been made, and provides recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
• Participates and presents audits and recommendations during new business meetings, client meetings, and internal meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or AA with 5 years' equivalent experience.
• At least two years of previous experience in digital marketing.
• Strong experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like Moz or SEMrush.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, developing innovative digital marketing campaigns and using data to optimize performance.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for creating and optimizing landing pages, emails, and digital ads.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of digital marketing, from content creation to campaign execution and reporting.
• Ability to understand client needs and goals, tailoring digital strategies to meet their specific objectives.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to optimize digital campaigns and content for better performance.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex digital marketing concepts to clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
