The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to build brand awareness and support business development aligned to strategic objectives through the organization's digital presence. This includes development and maintenance of the content for the website, including desktop and mobile, and search marketing delivery channels. The position works closely with business units, peers and external vendors to optimize search engines, translate complex concepts into a compelling digital presentation, ensure digital compliance on web or other channels, and contribute to visually appealing delivery channels. This position will also support the other performance needs of the business as required. Who is Buildable? We are located in charming downtown McMinnville in the heart of Oregon wine country.The Digital Marketing Specialist duties include and are not limited to:Manage and maintain content, structure and integrity of the Buildable customer-facing website, including landing pages, logos, banners and other web graphics. Oversee Content Management System (CMS) and manage content with internal website content owners. Provide CMS training as needed. Oversee CMS and website hosting updates via web developer and internal IT partners. Work with internal audit team and accessibility partner to ensure customer facing website is compliant. Work with accessibility partner to coordinate bi-annual audits of the website.Manage a wide range of relationships and projects, working with internal partners, departmental peers, and vendors pertinent to external online marketing, website, SEO, video, and photography. Oversee development and production of digital content to ensure high quality and timely results. Guide and contribute to search engine optimization strategies designed to achieve long-term goals while remaining current with SEO standards. Monitor and refine techniques for keyword research, organic optimization, and pay-per-clicks aligned to maximizing organizational spend.Setup and manage advanced analytics to track progress of marketing efforts, monitor activity, identify patterns and trends in results, make recommendations for updates and/or changes, and prepare and present marketing reports summarizing these results. Set-up and maintain accurate process checklists to assist in tracking project status and perform follow up as needed.Manage and maintain content, structure and integrity of marketing, including logos, banners and other web graphics. Identify, develop and produce new customer and product marketing opportunities. Oversee campaign deployment and report on performance. Write content that markets Buildable products and services and educates Buildable customers on industry specific topics. Lead the creation, editing, and distribution of white papers, case studies, and press releases to promote Buildable's expertise, client success, and brand value.Own and manage Buildable's social media presence across multiple platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Create and schedule regular content, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent voice and brand standards are met across channels. Proactively respond to trends, track metrics, and make recommendations to improve reach and impact.Support and grow Buildable's Clutch presence, including gathering reviews, maintaining the profile, and identifying opportunities to enhance Buildable's rankings. Assist in identifying and implementing strategies that drive qualified lead generation through digital channels including Clutch and other third-party listings.Conduct research and employ learning on financial web site and industry trends, marketing, and new technology to keep skills and knowledge current. Research and monitor web sites and internet activities as well as compile information to be used in evaluating strategies. Make recommendations for appropriate changes, enhancements and improvements to processes, procedures and/or programs.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely-related field or equivalent in work experience. Three (3) years of work experience in design and development of website, social media and related digital channel delivery methods. Experience performing desktop publishing and using web management software, interactive promotion applications and/or Google Analytics. Fully eligible to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:4-5 years of relevant experience.Experience working at a software development firm.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of Java script, PHP and web-related languages. Excellent PC and MAC skills (Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to learn new software.Excellent creative ability and project management skills to access ideas with diverse groups of internal and external contributors and completing projects on time and within budget. Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and performing follow through on problems through resolution. Excellent communication skills including writing, effective listening, problem solving and tact in dealing with internal and external members and colleagues. Must be reliable and dependable in being at work, being on time, and meeting deadlines. Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise good judgment, initiative and tact in dealing with customers, supervisors, and staff. Must have the ability to work as a team player while using discretion in decision making sound judgment in problem solving. Comprehend and adhere to all company wide and department specific policies and procedures.
