If you're highly detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love working from home — this role is for you. ✅ What You'll Do Monitor new leads and schedule estimates in real-time using our internal tools Match homeowners to contractors based on zip code and service area Communicate through Slack and CRM systems to keep everything organized Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and update records accurately Work across multiple screens and tabs with efficiency and focus What You’ll Need Great internet speed and a reliable home office setup Multiple monitors — this is essential for fast and accurate work Extreme attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks Strong multitasking skills — you’ll juggle live chats, lead info, and calendars High comfort level with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Slack, and calendars Tech savvy – you can pick up systems quickly and problem-solve on the fly Fluent in English with strong written communication Must be located in the U.S. (Central Time zone preferred) Training Paid onboarding with 1–2 weekends of shadowing and training Schedule & Pay $200/day Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT Paid weekly via Upwork Potential for long-term collaboration if it’s a great fit Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
