Compensation:
One-Time Startup Fee + $45–$65/hour, paid as a part-time W-2 employee
One-Time Startup Fee: Pre-supervision preparation and onboarding activities (e.g., case review, supervision plan development, initial coordination) will be paid at the agreed hourly rate ($45–$65/hour), based on the actual hours worked. These hours are separate from valid BACB supervision hours.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time, structured clinical supervision for a BCBA Trainee delivering remote ABA services in Mandarin to clients affiliated with a China-based ABA organization.
The BCBA Trainee will complete all supervision records in English, and your primary role will be to review, guide, and approve these records, ensuring compliance with BACB supervision standards. You will be working closely with the trainee to maintain high clinical quality, ethical practice, and proper documentation — all while accumulating valid supervision hours for the trainee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide structured clinical supervision to a BCBA Trainee serving Mandarin-speaking clients through a China-based intervention agency.
• Review and approve all supervision documentation in English to ensure BACB compliance.
• Support the trainee in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, training Behavior Technicians (BTs), and monitoring implementation fidelity.
• Conduct regular supervision meetings (remote) and maintain accurate, organized supervision records.
• Set clear performance goals, track progress, and provide feedback based on data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the official BACB supervisor for logs, summaries, and evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Proven ability to provide structured, BACB-compliant clinical supervision
• Familiarity with BACB supervision standards and remote documentation requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supervising trainees delivering services in a language different from the supervisor
• Prior experience with remote supervision and/or cross-cultural ABA service delivery
• Strong organizational and time management skills
