About the position Responsibilities • Create and manage course shells within the LMS, ensuring consistency, organization, and ease of navigation for users. • Collaborate with instructors and content creators to upload, update, and organize course materials. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course shells and user access. • Facilitate the transition process from the existing LMS to newer versions, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing learning activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, training coordinators, and subject matter experts, to plan and execute LMS migration strategy. • Offer ongoing support to address questions, concerns, and technical issues related to the LMS. • Plan, design, develop, and deploy instructional materials in an online format. • Promote continuous quality improvements to courses and programs, lead program instructor training, and explore marketing strategies that will promote program content and assist with student retention and recruitment. Requirements • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ability to make independent decisions. • Excellent leadership skills to lead projects and delegate tasks. • Experience with instructional design principles and practices. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Technical troubleshooting skills related to online course delivery. Nice-to-haves • Experience in online course design and development. • Knowledge of current trends in online education and instructional technology. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
