About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers
• Consult on products with compassion
• Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
• Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps)
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with customer service software
