Field Services Administrator-Dispatcher, Remote, Part time
About the position
Responsibilities
• Receives incoming calls and transfers to appropriate extension while providing requested information.
• Creates service tickets for multiple ESG Operating Companies including Heil, 3rd Eye, and Marathon.
• Manages incoming service ticket requests, ensuring ticket hygiene for proper service request fulfillment.
• Creates field service estimates based on service ticket requests, following Technical Service standard job estimate practices.
• Contacts customers for purchase order requests to fulfill service dates.
• Develops and maintains basic administrator knowledge of the phone system and makes changes as required.
• Maintains mailboxes and extensions as needed.
• Arranges travel for technical services team members.
• Manages office supply inventory and places orders for items as per the schedule.
• Attends work during regular working hours or other schedules as assigned by the department manager, with acceptance of overtime assignments as required.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
• High school degree required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years' experience required.
• Prior knowledge of the database, quote system, and ticket system used by Technician teams is required.
• Prior experience providing estimates for service is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a clear and courteous speaking voice.
• Ability to handle multiple incoming calls in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Basic business and clerical skills are needed.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at the intermediate to expert level required.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality regarding incoming calls and other information received during employment.
• Experience in a rapidly growing and changing environment is important.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
