The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks to drive brand growth and engagement.

Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing industry with an agency or brand
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Web and Online Marketing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in video production or creative industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities
Content and Social Media
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Develop and manage a content calendar.
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and website content.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build community.
• Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.
Email Marketing
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
• Write persuasive email copy and design engaging templates.
• Track email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize based on insights.
Paid Advertising and SEO
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
• Manage SEO team and ensure SEO is comprehensive and optimized monthly.
Website and Analytics
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
• Generate reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Marketing Growth and Strategy
• Identify digital marketing trends and insights to optimize strategy.
• Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute campaigns.
