Appointment Setter - US and Indian Market
Description:
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in the B2B, B2C, and B2B SaaS markets.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of ROI Boosters to prospects.
• Gather and organize data from multiple platforms (LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, etc.) to identify and engage high-potential leads.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, emails, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and interested in the company’s offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting processes.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in the B2B, B2C, and B2B SaaS markets – strong understanding of how these sectors operate.
• Proficient in data gathering from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, CRM tools, and databases to identify and track potential clients.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development, ideally within the US or Indian markets.
• Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems (experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
