Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Call Center Receptionist to assist with outreach calls for a short-term project. This is a temporary, remote position ideal for someone with excellent phone communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a warm, customer-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to a curated list of clients/leads
• Introduce and share basic information about our services
• Answer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team
• Log call outcomes and notes accurately in our system
• Follow up with contacts when needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role
• Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using phone systems and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and organized
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Able to commit to the full 3-week project timeline
Nice to Have:
• Experience in outreach, sales, or scheduling appointments
• Multi-lingual (English + Spanish) is a plus
