We’re actively recruiting experienced health insurance agents, including former USHEALTH Advisors (USHA) reps and 1099 agents, who want to earn a guaranteed base salary for their first 90 days—with the goal of transitioning to a lucrative, residual-driven 1099 career. What We Offer: • $600/week base pay during your first 90 days (W-2) • 40-hour workweek commitment during this ramp-up period • Full access to high-converting, inbound and outbound leads • CRM, telephony, quoting tools – all provided at no cost • After 90 days: transition to 1099 with ongoing residuals • Agents on track earn $50k–$70k in Year 1, and $100k+ in Year 2 and beyond • Ongoing training, support, and a clear path to cross-sell additional lines (ancillary, dental, P&C, life, etc.) Ideal Candidate: • Formerly licensed and active 1099 agent (e.g., USHA, Assurance, etc.) • 2+ years of sales experience (health insurance preferred) • 2-15 (Health and Life) Florida License - In good standing • Proficient with technology and remote sales tools (CRM, dialers, quoting platforms) • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, accountable, resilient • Clean background check required • College degree preferred, but not required Key Responsibilities: • Sell ACA and ancillary health insurance products via phone and digital tools • Build a personal book of business during your salaried onboarding period • Provide clients with ongoing support and policy guidance • Transition to independent agent model (1099) after 90 days • Continue building residual income and client base with full infrastructure support from Omnia Why Omnia?
