Military Customer Service/ Data Entry/ Admin Clerks (Remote)
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Remote Military Customer Service / Data Entry / Administrative Clerks . In this role, you will support active duty, veterans, and military families by providing accurate, professional assistance with administrative processes, data entry, and customer service. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, respectful of confidentiality, and capable of navigating military protocols and terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support:
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to service members, veterans, and their families via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist with inquiries related to benefits, records, ID verification, service documentation, and other military-related needs.
• Ensure professional and empathetic communication, especially with sensitive issues.
Data Entry & Records Management:
• Accurately input, verify, and maintain military personnel data in databases (e.g., DEERS, DFAS, VA systems, or internal records).
• Manage electronic documents including service records, claims, correspondence, and case files.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Administrative Support:
• Prepare reports, forms, letters, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Schedule virtual meetings or appointments and manage calendars.
• Support compliance with military standards and data security protocols.
Required Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen (required for federal/military contract roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with military structure, culture, or services (e.g., VA, DFAS, TRICARE) is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• High-speed internet and a secure, quiet home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior military service or military spouse/family member.
• Experience with military systems such as DMDC, VA.gov, or similar.
• Experience with ticketing or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Active Security Clearance (preferred for certain roles, not required for all).
