Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell Dr. Brown’s Laboratory product line throughout South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, proven marketing experience, and an existing network within the haircare, dermatology, wellness, or beauty industries.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential, ideal for self-motivated professionals looking to grow with a global brand in a high-demand niche market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Dr. Brown’s Laboratory hair restoration and scalp health products to:
• Clinics
• Dermatologists
• Trichologists
• Pharmacies
• Salons and spas
• Beauty supply distributors
• Identify and engage new business opportunities across South Africa.
• Conduct product education and demonstrations with professionals.
• Create and execute regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with the global marketing team.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, wellness expos, and industry events.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, lead generation, and market feedback.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and support post-sales service.
Requirements:
• Proven five (5) years or more sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, beauty, wellness, or haircare sectors.
• Marketing or business-related background (degree or experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Proficiency in English (additional South African languages are a plus).
Compensation:
• Commission-Based Only
• Attractive commission structure with no cap on earnings.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with doctors, clinics, or health-related professionals.
• Familiarity with hair loss or dermatology-related products.
