As a Strategic Alliances Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and grow adoption of Notable solutions. In the role, you will establish and maintain C-level, sales, and product relationships with strategic Channel / Alliance partners to drive Notable solution revenue with account teams and customers. By establishing and growing business and partner relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these accounts, you will be responsible for creating opportunities through and with Channel partners that drive top line Notable revenue growth and overall market adoption across healthcare customers.

You will...
  • Drive revenue and market share for Notable across the healthcare industry vertical through/with key Channel and Alliance partners.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by helping Channel partners originate and work with Notable to close opportunities that drive revenue growth with prospects and customers.

  • Build deep relationships with customers and Channels to fully understand their business, solutions and technical needs.

  • Develop and execute an account/territory plan supporting strategic channel partners to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.

  • Execute this plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., account teams, specialist sales teams, services teams and BD, partner marketing and partner development resources)

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key strategic ISV partners.

  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notable solutions to customers and partners.

  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive Notable solution adoption.

  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction.

  • Provide technical and architectural resources to assist your Channel partners in customer engagements and their delivery of solutions to market.

  • Drive business development and Co-Sell initiatives in your territory in partnership with field sales, marketing, and leadership.

  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding
    progress and roadblocks in Channel development

  • 10+ years of experience developing, enabling, and supporting a partner community

  • 10+ years of experience managing sales accounts and territories

  • 10+ years of experience with technology platform sales with an understanding of healthcare IT and solutions, and cloud adoption.

  • 10+ years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, and GTM creation/management.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to author original text including strategy planning documents.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead executive level meetings, understanding the audience and the ability to conduct EBC type activities.

  • Established network within the healthcare and technology partner space.

  • Experience growing partner competencies and delivering sell-to and sell-through revenue.

  • Ability to drive strategic technology discussions at multiple levels
