Job Overview We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their insurance policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working with computers. Prior experience in an insurance related field is required to be considered for candidacy. We Are: Covenir is a company with a startup attitude with the support of a corporation. You Are: Someone with a few years of call center/customer service/office support experience or someone with a lot of experience looking to make a career change. You need a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and you understand how to be the face/voice of a company. Responsibilities Include:  Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service  Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate  Document all client communication across several platforms  Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers Qualifications:  2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment  Prior insurance related experience  Ability to work remotely  Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office  Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications:  4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)  Bilingual (Spanish/English)  Associates Degree Things to know:  Variable schedule includes hours between 830am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required  Open concept work environment  Light to moderate noise activity  Paid training  Role is remote (work from home) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:  401(k)  401(k) matching  Dental insurance  Disability insurance  Flexible schedule  Health insurance  Paid time off  Parental leave  Tuition reimbursement  Vision insurance  Work from home Supplemental Pay:  Bonus opportunities Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
