What You Will Do: ItÂs our mission to deliver analytics, insights, and pricing strategies which improve profitability. Along with managing these pricing strategies, you would help cultivate an energizing culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership. Every day as a Sr. Pricing Analyst is different! On any one day you might:  Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives, measure key business performance metrics, and determine continuous improvement opportunities  Support the project management and implementation of pricing initiatives to ensure a streamlined go-to-market process  Work with large and complex data sets to develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for key customers and leaders  Effectively engage in key partnerships/relationships across the company to ensure alignment and long term success across organizations Required Qualifications & Skills:  3+ years of relevant business analytics experience  Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels  Proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal direction  Data analytics experience and exposure to associated database applications (e.g., SAS, Teradata, Snowflake, SQL and Tableau), with ability to write queries and build financial models  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Problem solving mentality and dedication to achieving team objectives  Robust sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering accurate and high-quality results Preferred Qualifications:  Pricing and/or revenue management experience  Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings  Eye for business with proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills  Demonstrated leadership experience  MasterÂs degree or equivalent preferred Education:  BachelorÂs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent Disability accommodation for employment applications The Walt Disney Company and its Affiliated Companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers and welcome all job seekers including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.
