Implements solutions to difficult problems, generates concepts as evidenced by product or process improvement, uses engineering/scientific tools to integrate requirements and solve technical problems. Utilizes tools, techniques, processes and/or facilities such as state-of- the-art simulation environments, laboratories, data analysis and test facilities. Participates in engineering team activities in a specialized engineering or technology subject area. Contributes to the technical planning process and provides technical guidance.  Conduct research on organizational behavior, employee engagement, and workplace culture in Federal Government environments  Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development initiatives  Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making in a system of systems organization Qualifications Requirements  Masters in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and 10 years of experience in performing the above duties or aviation-related experience or a bachelors and 12 years experience.  Proven experience in research and organizational psychology in a Federal environment is required.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills.  Ability to work collaboratively and direct with a federal customer. US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Target salary range $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
