We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Archives Data Specialist to join our team at The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain our archives data systems. You will be the go-to person for ensuring all data is accurately captured, stored, and accessed. To be successful in this role, you must possess a keen eye for detail, a strong customer service orientation, and an aptitude for data management. If you are an experienced data specialist who loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or related field* 5+ years of experience working with archives and data management systems, preferably in a corporate setting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Committed to accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain archives data systems. Capture, store, and access data accurately. Ensure customer service orientation. Problem-solve data management issues. Communicate effectively with team members. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and database software. Maintain an eye for detail and accuracy. Assist in the development of new processes and procedures. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Participate in data analysis and project planning.
