Amazon Virtual Assistant/ Data Entry-Part-Time Remote Jobs – Hiring Now...

American Express is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Amazon Virtual Assistants/Data Entry Clerks. This is a part-time remote position with a flexible schedule opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The working hours are under 4 hours per day with a competitive salary of $20-$25 per hour. We offer a range of benefits including health, dental, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
• Enter data into Amazon systems accurately and efficiently
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Organize managers’ calendars
• Perform market research
• Create presentations as assigned

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills

Educational Qualifications
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
