Address customer questions, offer guidance on products and services, and provide necessary sales links or discounts. Contribute to a positive and memorable customer experience by understanding their needs and offering prompt resolutions. Requirements:
Basic proficiency in English writing and communication.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
No prior experience in live chat support is required; we offer comprehensive training to prepare you for success in your role.
Rate:
$35 per hour.
Location:
