Responsibilities
• Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online.

• Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s.

• Keep payment methods up-to-date with vendors.

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
• At least two years of full-time bookkeeping experience or equivalent part-time experience.
