Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Data Entry Clerk to become a key member of our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data within our database, directly supporting our mission and enhancing our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input and update data within our database, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Detect and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members virtually to uphold data integrity and support organizational initiatives.
• Generate comprehensive reports and summaries to facilitate program evaluations and informed decision-making.
• Conduct routine backups and perform essential data maintenance tasks.
• Support other administrative functions as required.

Required Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software.
