Skills • Proven experience as an accountant • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information Responsibilities • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded • Prepare monthly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Assist with payroll processing • Prepare and file annual tax reports at both state and federal levels • Respond to inquiries from clients and team members regarding financial information Qualifications • Proven experience as an accountant • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Education Requirements • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred Experience Requirements • Proven experience as an accountant • Preferred experience in the real estate or property management industry • Familiarity with NNN (Triple Net) investments Why work in Arlington, TX Arlington is a vibrant city known for its rich blend of cultural attractions, recreational activities, and strong community spirit.
