We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our marketplace customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Â Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products and services. Â Resolve technical or account-related issues in a timely manner. Â Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Â Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Â Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or marketplace environment.
