In this role, you’ll connect travelers with amazing accommodations, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Your Responsibilities: • Booking Expertise: Manage reservations for hotels and resorts worldwide, ensuring smooth and hassle-free bookings for clients • Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat, helping them select the perfect accommodations based on their needs and preferences • Itinerary Crafting: Create tailored travel itineraries that align with clients' desires, ensuring they have a memorable stay from start to finish • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with hotels and resorts to secure the best deals, rates, and amenities for our clients • Problem-Solving: Provide support when challenges arise, resolving issues quickly to keep travel plans on track • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, hotel offerings, and travel updates to provide expert advice and recommendations

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel services, or customer support is ideal but not required
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with reservation systems and general computer applications
• Cool Under Pressure: Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
• Love for Travel: A genuine passion for travel and helping others create incredible experiences
• Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across different time zones
