It involves cooking on high heat for a short period. • Preparing meals using culinary techniques involves not just the ingredients, but also the various methods of cooking. • Ordering meals and ensuring alluring presentation. • To keep costs under control, it is essential to order inventory wisely. This involves tracking usage patterns and minimizing over-ordering.
