We are looking for talented individuals who have a passion for training and ensuring a high level of customer service! Working from our office in Dayton, OH, you will guide our customers through the implementation process via phone, webcam, and internet on the software solutions that have made us the best in the industry. As a Customer Training Professional, you will communicate with the customer throughout the implementation process to identify their business needs, configure our solutions to meet those needs, and provide our customers the knowledge they need to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations. You will interact closely as a team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process.
Requirements:  Associate degree or equivalent experience  Experience in Finance, Accounting or customer service a plus  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Automotive Dealership Experience preferred but not required
