All teachers need to be Texas state certified and live within the state of Texas. State Assessments: During the STAAR and TELPAS state assessment windows, including the summer STAAR session, virtual staff on the aforementioned weeks will proctor/administer student assessments at one of the district's testing centers. Virtual staff may be assigned to proctor at a site near their residence or at a location that requires intrastate travel and possibly overnight lodging.
