Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonus/Commissions ($500+)

• Mon to Fri, 9-12pm EST

Responsibilities
• Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
• Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
• Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
• Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
• Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements
• Active Property & Casualty License Required.
• Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience Apply Job!
