Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour What You Will Do As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:  Efficient order entry and follow-up  Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies  Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input  Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals  Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders What You Will Bring  High School graduate or equivalent  Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration  Strong computer skills  Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge  Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations  Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred  Framework experience is preferred Join our team dedicated to delivering life-saving medications to thousands of residents every day.
