Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. Pay Range: $650 - $1050 per week

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize the daily schedule of executives and allocate time effectively.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation of meetings, including taking notes and following up on action items.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed to support business initiatives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives when necessary.
• Maintain a filing system and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and office management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
