What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Work with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors to ensure insurance coverage
• Verify patients' insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
• Assist with the appeal management process for claim denials
• Maintain exceptional communication and phone etiquette while interacting with clients
• Ensure compliance with all medical insurance procedures and policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• High-speed internet access and the ability to work from home
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm

• Previous experience working in a remote environment
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and regulations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with medical billing software
