This fully remote position enables you to collaborate closely with client managers, understand their specific hiring requirements, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for applicants. With robust training and ongoing support, you will be equipped to thrive in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
 Partner with client managers to assess and address staffing needs while keeping them updated on application progress.
 Guide drivers through the application process for client and carrier positions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
 Organize and manage orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements, while addressing any unforeseen challenges.
 Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide additional support to the team as needed.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
 Familiarity with recruiting or logistics may enhance performance in this role.
