Job Position: International Customer Support Representative
Experience: 3-8 Years
Location: India (Remote/On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities: • Build strong and lasting relationships with customer accounts through open, interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. • Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring their satisfaction. • Manage phone contact handling with excellent listening and communication skills. • Multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage your time to meet targets. • Take on additional tasks as required by the department. • Analyze customer data and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. • Handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional manner. • Collaborate with other service desks across processes for seamless support. • Assist supervisors with any tasks assigned.

Skills and Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong phone handling and active listening skills. • Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
