What You Will Do:

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for new content and initiatives aimed at increasing viewer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements: • Strong understanding of YouTube’s community guidelines and content policies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users in a positive and professional manner. • Experience in content moderation or community management preferred. • Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Passion for online communities and creating positive user experiences.
