Job Title: Sales/Business Development (Remote Internship)

Type: Full-time internship - Monday to Friday, Remote

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Including 1 hour of Lunch)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ?20,000 per month

Position Overview: As a Sales/Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in generating new business, prospecting potential clients, and supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales cycle. This role will give you the opportunity to learn how to build relationships, assess client needs, and contribute to sales strategies for HR consulting services.

Role Description
• Assist in identifying and... researching potential B2B clients through market research, databases, and other prospecting tools.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media networking and get the meetings set up.
• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and product demos for potential clients.
• Join client meetings to gain exposure to B2B sales presentations and pitching techniques.

Qualifications
• Completed a Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
