Role Overview Over the next year, Delta Galil will be implementing a large technology software program and that means every 3 months or so, we will be hosting Event Summits in our NJ office with approximately 25 participants each time. Each Summit will be 1 week in length, and we expect to have 5-6 Summits in 2025. The majority of participants will be travelling from across the globe, and we need an Event Coordinator to assist us in planning and executing on these Summits! Logistics Coordination:  Organize all transportation and accommodation for participants  To/From Airport, Hotel, Conference venues, Office, Restaurants, etc  Manage hotel accommodation for all attendees Catering Arrangements:  Ensure tea, coffee, water, and snacks are available throughout events  Coordinate lunches and dinners for participants Address and handle participant issues, including:  Visa arrangements  Dietary requirements  Communication with transport agencies regarding delays  Create detailed itineraries for participants with all necessary information Event Setup Coordination:  Collaborate with Marketing and IT to set up conference rooms  Ensure proper signage, nametags, stationery (notebooks, pens, flipcharts, whiteboard markers), and universal adapters are available  Create presentation links for sessions and upload them to SharePoint where necessary Requirements  1 years experience handling large scale events for corporate company  Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently  Strong communication and problem-solving skills  Ability to manage and host groups of people efficiently  Experience in coordinating logistics and accommodations  Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, etc.)  Proficient in managing participant needs and creating detailed event itineraries  This a hybrid role, with up to 5 days in our NJ office during the event weeks At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
