Thank you for your interest in Group Fitness here at our newest location in Springfield NJ We are always looking for Instructors interested in making Serious Fitness Fun Whether you love mind/body, dance, HIIT, bootcamps, cycle , strength training or anything in between ? we have classes for you (over 80 formats to choose from) If you are passionate about fitness and have an open-mind, we want you on our team As part of our Crunch Crew, we can offer you: 40% off AFAA Group Fitness certification 30% discount off Zumba, Basic Level 1 Certification Free Schwinn /Cycling certification And on-going, FREE CEC?s towards your AFAA, ACE or NASM renewals Reports to: Group Fitness Coordinator Requirements: Maintain valid CPR Certification Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred. Special Skills: Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels Strong customer service skills Good verbal communication Responsibilities: Instruct safe and effective exercise classes. Maintain all mandatory education certifications. Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures. Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards. Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement. Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager. Maintain professional disposition at all times. Follow all club/facility policies and procedures. Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
