Merchandising Team Member are responsible for ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy to enhance the customer's shopping experience.Enacting modifications in the pricing strategies, rearranging the stock, and executing exclusive ventures to enhance the way products are exhibited to... the customers and meet the suppliers' aspirations.Achieve sales goals through effective strategy implementation and meticulous attention to product placement.Formulate showcases and supports with the aid of fundamental manual and power tools while warranting exhibit materials, labels, and pamphlets are renewed.

Responsibilities of Merchandising Team Member:
• Repetitive lifting, bending, and using lift equipment are typical tasks that Merchandising Team Member perform as part of a team serving different departments in a store, all while being supervised by on-site staff.
• Merchandising Team Member are responsible for fostering and maintaining enduring relationships with store employees and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements of Merchandising Team Member:
• Deciding between full-time and part-time work can involve balancing job security, work-life balance, and available benefits
• This position requires regular overnight travel, as responsibilities include servicing multiple stores within a 30-mile radius on a rotating weekly basis.
