We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. In this role, you will provide real-time support to customers through online chat, ensuring an excellent customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. This is a remote position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. Problem Solving: Identify customer needs quickly and deliver accurate and effective solutions. Technical Assistance: Assist customers with technical support queries, including troubleshooting and navigating systems.
