- Benefits Administration: Managing programs like health insurance, life and disability coverage, savings accounts, and wellness benefits.
- Pensions Administration: Supporting employers in efficiently managing pension plans.

- Contact center with live support, AI tools, and licensed counselors
salary: $16.49 - $16.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 9 PM

- Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to customers benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
- Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
- Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
- Fully and accurately documenting all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
- Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquires.
