We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager based in either Europe, Middle East or Africa, to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Client Engagements: Build, nurture, and maintain trusted relationships with clients, including c-suite stakeholders, ensuring the company delivers its client data strategy and achieves revenue objectives.

• Drive Data Strategy Implementation: Oversee the full cycle of data strategy implementation for both existing and new clients.

• Negotiation & Advisory: Advise and assist clients with contract negotiations and manage their data licensing agreements with various data providers, banks and other financial institutions to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Adapt & Innovate: Keep our data strategy dynamic by proactively responding to client needs and market changes, ensuring alignment with client goals and maintaining a competitive edge.

Who We're Looking For

• Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years' experience in market data, particularly within securities exchanges, central securities depositories, data vendors, buy-side or sell-side firms.

• Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish, grow, and maintain strong client relationships, at all levels.

• Autonomous & Self-Driven: Thrives in a remote environment, managing tasks independently after an initial onboarding phase.

• Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams and clients. Language skills in French or Arabic a plus.

• Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel to visit clients and participate in international conferences.
