Qualifications
 Enrolled in a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelorÂs degree or higher, through May of 2027 or later
 Minimum 2.7 GPA
 Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
Education Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 BachelorÂs degree or higher (in progress)
Education Requirements Credential Category
 Undergraduate degree in progress
Experience Requirements
 Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
 Technical experience or coursework in a related field is a plus
