As an Apple Support College Advisor, you will be a vital part of our customer support team, serving as the friendly voice of Apple. Your role involves providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for popular products, including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. Qualifications
• Enrolled in a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher, through May of 2027 or later
• Minimum 2.7 GPA
• Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (in progress)

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Undergraduate degree in progress

Experience Requirements
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
• Technical experience or coursework in a related field is a plus
