- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure government partners fully adopt, use, and leverage the RUBICONSmartCity software
- Build relationships with government staff and municipal leadership
- Advocate for the customer and balance internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Analyze data and create visualizations to support decision-making
- Provide excellent customer service and support to SaaS clients
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of work experience
- Experience in account management or customer success
- Knowledge within the sanitation industry
- Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of routing and logistics experience
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, PowerBI, or other tools
