    Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
  • 4 years of experience in program management.
  • 2 years of experience in people management developing and leading a team.
    Preferred qualifications:
  • Program management certification or experience in program management with an IT or Tech company.
  • Experience launching a new program including in person and/or virtual events.
  • Experience in setting and executing on vendor strategies, including managing third-party vendors to drive execution against set goals.
  • Ability to identify and implement complex processes and manage large, complex, strategic, and operational initiatives across multiple teams and region.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with business judgment.

About the job

Mastery's mission is to deliver measurable business results at scale by creating learning experiences that prepare Google and its partners for the future. The Mastery team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google teams, as well as external client and agency partners. Our team is made up of learning professionals and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while managing key pillars of knowledge, skill, and disciplined practice to help our audiences work.

You will work within the Onboarding team within the function of Global Curriculum Design. Our team is responsible for Google Sales School, which exists to transform Nooglers into confident and capable Googlers.

In this role, you will lead a team of program managers to launch, land, and deliver a premium learning experience. You will drive day-to-day operations, creating and enhancing processes and governance, and building systems and tools that operationalize Google Sales School’s strategy. You will be a thought leader for creating the future of program, collaborating with leadership to ensure it’s the most effective and efficient program.

    Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers and producers.
  • Define, prioritize, structure, and execute strategic initiatives that drive operating goals for the organization, including optimizing resource allocation and measuring/reporting progress against key objectives.
  • Analyze business processes to identify potential issues and uncover/prioritize levers for improvement. Influence executive stakeholders to implement suggested improvements.
  • Create program infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
  • Use judgment to build consensus, drive projects, and communicate status to executive stakeholders across projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
