Starting Pay: $16/hour

Primary Responsibilities: • Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide prompt responses to all inquiries. • Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email. • Document all interactions. • Stay up to date on all scheduling policies.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• A growth-mindset and drive to improve.

Available shifts:
• Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required
• Rotating weekends
• 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
• 10:30am-7:00pm MT
• 11am-7:30pm MT
• 11:30am-8:00pm MT
• 12pm-8:30pm MT
