Position Overview: Revolution Prep is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the Engineering and Product teams. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of initiatives that are critical to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop detailed project plans, scope, and schedules to ensure successful project completion. Foster an on-time, every time culture Team Alignment and Collaboration: Inspire a team of engineers and product professionals to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams. Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization of talent and expertise. Monitor project budgets and resource utilization to maintain profitability and cost-effectiveness. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports, providing regular communication to stakeholders. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and process enhancements. Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, within an engineering and product development environment a plus. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
