Join AmazonKey Responsibilities:

Navigate multiple systems and platforms to assist customers and process orders.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
