Description: • We are seeking skilled and service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. • In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. • This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace. • A multi-step onboarding and client certification process is required before servicing can begin. • Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or product/service issues.
