You’ll play a crucial role in assisting customers through chat, addressing their... questions, and solving problems, all while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly. Learn and apply product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Document and escalate cases as necessary, following protocols to ensure effective resolution. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer service process. Requirements:

No prior experience needed – enthusiasm for learning is a must.
Strong written communication skills for clear and effective chat support.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
